Who is PPRKRFT? PPRKRFT is a male (Liu) and female (Eric) DJ duo who started their unit in 2009, in the heart of Osaka, Japan, their music influenced by many electro artists, but particularly MSTRKRFT and the Bloody Beetroots. These two disgustingly adorable pair hit up venues all over Osaka, concealing their faces with their famous pink ’happy’ mask and green ‘sad’ mask. Recently playing at events with headliners such as Kavinsky, Arctic Monkeys, Steve Aoki and Major Lazer, PPRKRFT is quickly gaining popularity.
